## Caption

As a photographer, I need to be observant and aware of my surroundings because you never know when opportunity knocks. While covering the 2024 Collegiate Road National Championships, this shot presented itself. A fan wearing a well worn Annapolis T-Shirt, Navy hat and a kilt (a Celtic festival was also going on) was my chance. A slow shutter speed would add to the image. So I focused on my subject and waited across the course. Watching intently for his reaction, then click. Got it!
