Red’s got you with this 8 minute air fryer recipe for Sweet and Spicy Chicken! 

INGREDIENTS
• 1lb chicken breasts or chicken thighs (cut into 1 ½ to 2-inch chunks)
• 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (or potato starch)
• 1 bottle of CE Sweet Chili Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat airfryer to 400 degrees.
2. Combine chicken pieces and cornstarch into a bowl and mix until chicken is fully coated.
3. Place chicken pieces into air fryer and cook for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Remove form air fryer
4. Toss chicken and sauce together and serve alongside rice or veggies for a full meal.
