Are you ready for the holiday cookie baking season? #AD I know I am! There is nothing I love more than baking beautiful sweet treats for my family. This year I will have a new addition to my cookie trays- pizzelles!

I love how delicate pizzelle and often spend a pretty penny on them in the gourmet section of my grocery store. Now, thanks to the CucinaPro Non-Stick Polished Pizzelle Baker I can easily bake them at home. Buy this via the Amazon link in my BIO!

While there is a learning curve to making pizzelles (I am still perfecting mine) this appliance makes it easy! I used the below recipe from their booklet.

3 Large eggs
¾ Cup sugar
2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Stick (½ Cup) butter/margarine, melted & cooled
½ Teaspoon anise seed (optional) 
1¾ Cups all-purpose flour
2 Teaspoons baking powder

Once I baked two batches of pizzelles, I dipped them in some premium white chocolate and finished them with holiday sprinkles.
