I know there’s something about falling leaves, warm fires, and s’mores that just calls my name. (AD) And I can’t blame it on the fall weather because I do love s’mores year-round! That’s why I am loving this keto-friendly S’mores Frappe which is perfect for when you want some sweet dessert without all those pesky carbs or sugar highs. Every chilled sip is loaded with s’mores goodness thanks to torani Puremade Zero Sugar S’mores Syrup.

Want to recreate it? You’ll need:
.
3 scoops of vanilla or cookie dough keto ice cream
1 tablespoon SF chocolate sauce, divided 
1 shot of espresso 
5 ice cubes
1-2 Sugar-free marshmallows 
1 1/2 ounces Torani Puremade Zero Sugar S’mores Syrup
1/4 cup sugar-free whipped topping 
1/4 teaspoon sugar-free graham cracker crumbs *optional

Directions:

Add the ice cream, ice cubes, espresso, and Torani Puremade Zero Sugar S’mores Syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Line half of the sugar-free chocolate syrup to the inside of your glass. Pour the blended frappe into the chocolate-lined glass. 
Top with whipped cream, remaining chocolate syrup, and graham cracker crumbs. Add a marshmallow & sip, sip enjoy!
