Now that fall is here, I have been cooking indoors a lot more!  #AD Since potatoes are a side my kids can ALL agree on, I often make them as dinner sides. Recently, I really peaked their tastebuds with these CharCrust Skillet Baby Potatoes.

I love Char Crust because it "Seals in the juices” every time with proteins. I have used it countless times for rib roasts, brisket, pork tenderloin, (see my IG posts), chicken, and more. It only requires two steps: coat and cook. Since I have only tried it on meats, I decided to try the Roto Roast on these potatoes. You can use any flavor on veggies & any protein!

The Roto Roast is-so good!  Check out the crispy edges on these potatoes. With this blend a little goes a long way so don't overdo it! Use this variety as you would a spice.
