Game day spreads like snack boards make some of the best munchies. Since it was our first time using our new Camerons Stovetop Smoker Deluxe, we wanted to break it in with a fairly easy game day staple--smoked kielbasa! This recipe was almost effortless since our smoker did all the work!

When you purchase a Camerons Stovetop Smoker Deluxe, you get 3 pints of various flavored wood chips. We opted to use the Hickory flavor for the kielbasa and just needed two teaspoons. I was so impressed with the ease of use, and the fact that this indoor smoker didn't set off our fire alarm.

It took all but 15 minutes to smoke our sausage! The end result produced juicy sausage coins that paired perfectly with our game day snack board for two. If you love smoked foods, you have to try this baby out!
