I am once again teaching but this year will be a bit different in that it will be hybrid schooling with time for me to balance it all.🍎

To celebrate the start of school, I was tasked with creating a cute baked treat that represented one of the best times of the year. I decided to make these fairly easy fondant notebook cupcakes using items found at Michaels! Besides the cupcake mix, you can find EVERYTHING you need ((even the cute apple welcome sign) at Michaels! Chances are, you'll even find the items on sale!

Check out my video to see how I made these notebooks! Despite only working with fondant on one other creation, I am pretty pleased with how these came out! I hope you guys have fun replicating them to celebrate heading back to school with a tasty treat! The folks at Michaels have pretty much everything under the sun you need to bake!
