Are anyone else's kids having a blast this winter break? #AD I know my younger two cannot get enough of outside play! From riding bikes to playing in the mud and (and everything in-between), they have been keeping themselves occupied. But, one thing is for sure--they don't have their "school stomachs" on. If I don't provide them a wholesome snack like @clifkid Zbars they drive me nuts for food every 30 mins!

Honestly, though--it is awful sometimes! Thankfully, there are snacks out there that help to fuel them without the crash!  Zbar in Iced Oatmeal Cookie has been keeping them going. Made with wholesome, Non-GMO ingredients like organic rolled oats, and no artificial flavors, they are PERFECT for them! They keep their little bodies fueled for all that energy they burn--where they find it, I'll never know! I will do anything to keep them playing longer, and filling snacks like Zbars help achieve that!

Plus, I have a parenting hack for the win! Instead of giving my kids more sugar (heaven knows they can't function with it), I make wholesome snack parfaits to sneak in some of the good stuff. Vanilla yogurt, cinnamon, fresh apples, and an Iced Oatmeal Cookie Zbar keep them full in between lunch & dinner--score!.
