## Caption

Easy Chicken Quesadilas on the Blackstone are what's for dinner. I used chicken thighs and Tastefully Simple Fiesta Party Seasoning, & olive oil for the chicken. 
Mexican cheese blend rounded out these simple quesadillas. My kids are so picky so I can't go too crazy! Normally, I would have really jam-packed them with veggies, sauces, and sides. 😋
