Feta cheese has made a big reentrance into the cooking world thanks to the viral TikTok trend. But, feta has always been an ingredient that I have loved to incorporate into my meals. The salty, creamy taste is so delicious on everything from pizza to even toast...hence this simple toast recipe.

I recently picked up some gorgeous tomato beauties from samsclub to make this fresh & easy lunch! All you need is fresh feta (preferably a block which has more taste), toast, fresh basil, salt, pepper, and tomato.
