Today, I am working on some Blueberry Lemon Pie Bread. This recipe was developed by myself and is probably the BEST blueberry bread that can likely double as a muffin recipe. I will be testing muffins soon to see if they work out. My lemon wave it slowly phasing into all things blueberry!

Look how pretty that swirl is! The actual bread is not a pretty as the batter but the taste is amazing! Plus, it is butter & oil-free...can't wait to share it!!
