There is nothing more wrapped in tradition than baking Christmas cookies. For us, simple things like hand-decorated sugar cookies have become a tradition. These Christmas Trees were time-consuming to decorate but that meant we spent more time being together, smiling, and having fun.

While I do not have a special recipe to suggest for sugar cookies, I think simply just buying the refrigerated dough and spending time decorating cutouts with loved ones can be so much joy during these tough times.
