Made with @CaliseBakery Cinnamon Chip Brioche bread ((all new)) I couldn't resist this easy brinner idea. You can serve it with traditional maple syrup, but my kids requested icing making it a borderline "bread pudding" affair.

Regardless, this recipe was so simple, and I even used almond milk! You can use any milk but I had plenty on-hand!..Get this simple recipe that is perfect for stale bread, or bread from brands like Calise (one of my New England faves).
