#AD Suns out, grills out! Who else is taking advantage of the warmer weather, and outdoors? We have been really enjoying our yard and grilling out! One of our favorite dishes to make happens to be steak tips. We use the Grilled Montreal Steak recipe from the official McCormick site. It is a classic, two-ingredient recipe that is easy to make any time of year. But, paired with seasonal warmer weather veggies, this steak is a hit.

The secret is to buy prime cuts of sirloin steak tips or New York Strip to make it. The beef must have the perfect fat to meat ratio to avoid being dry. Paired with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning, and you have a mealtime hit! 
To make Montreal Steak, simply take your beef cuts, slice them into smaller “tips” (if using Sirloin Steak tips). Season them generously with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning and then add them to a preheated grill. We set ours to medium-high for the perfect sear. .

Then, simply cook your tips to your desired doneness. For us, this is around the medium cooking level of doneness. 
This protein pairs great with a fresh salad, and potato. This is the only seasoning you'll need to make your steaks super flavorful.
