Stuffed mushrooms are one of my FAVORITE appetizers. #AD I love how the possibilities of stuffing them are so endless. Recently. I decided to give a cultural spin on my stuffed mushrooms by adding chourico to them. Chourico is a Portuguese smoked sausage that is similar (but tastier IMO) to chorizo. Paired with garlic, crackers, wine, shallots, and CooperCheese, the filling is mouthwatering and bakes up to complete perfection.
