Chances are, you have heard of the mighty delicious pb2foods (AD) Their powdered peanut and almond butter products are so delicious. They are made with farm-grown nuts that are expertly roasted, and healthier than traditional butters. You can add them to shakes, drinks, reconstitute them into nut butter, or bake with them. 
This week, I used the PB2 Madagascar Vanilla flavor to make a cookie that even I could freely enjoy. They are protein-packed with a whopping 4 grams of protein per cookie! I even made a vanilla bean paste glaze. You can of course skip that, but it made for a nice little treat! 
These cookies have a energy ball or protein bar-like taste if I had to pinpoint & are the perfect fuel delivered in a fun way.
