Fourth of July is tomorrow! While we are not doing anything (still recovering from vacation) I might bake up something fun! These Homemade Cream Puffs are made with Pate a Choux dough & could be a tasty option! They are filled with a semi-homemade vanilla pastry cream and sweet berries. This is an excellent dessert for anytime of year, but the berries make them extra festive!
