Today I have a field trip with my middle child to visit some town landmarks. While I wanted to pack a bunch of junk for us to munch on-- I decided a salad and wholesome foods would be the best. I am trying to take the balance approach lately which I think will work best in the long run. This Grilled Chicken Rainbow Salad is one I made a while back but need to recreate soon! Once this 43 degree weather goes away I will actually feel like grilling again! .
