On this day in 1931, legendary artist John Baldessari was born 🎈

In honor of Baldessari, we’re looking back to 2016 when he became our 19th #BMWArtCar artist. Combining monochrome and text, Baldessari brought his minimalist look to the bmw M6 GTLM - his “fastest artwork” ever created 🏎️

Baldessari’s ArtCar premiered on the Daytona International Speedway in 2017 and passed with flying colors.
