The museum houses the private contemporary art collection of Herbert Liaunig, which possesses one of the most extensive collections of contemporary Austrian art since 1945. 

The museum is currently presenting the exhibition “Lost in Space: Space, Object and Figure – Developments in Sculpture since 1945”, on view until October 30.
