DAY 10 OF SAUCEMAS | IRISH COFFEES ☕️🥃☁️

My bestie’s family makes the BEST Irish coffees.. we always have them when we’re all together and they are the perfect pick me up drink. They’re extremely simple- all you need is coffee, Jameson, whipping cream, and sugar! I didn’t have any Jameson on hand, so I used my friends over at gopuff to have it delivered straight to my door. For this warm and delightful drink, follow the steps below: 
-In a chilled bowl (I put mine in the freezer for a few hours), add in about 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and whisk until fluffy. 
-Warm up your coffee mug in hot water. Add  about 1 teaspoon of white sugar or 2 sugar cubes to the bottom of the mug. Pour hot coffee into the mug and stir in the sugar. 
-Add one shot of Jameson to the coffee mix and top it off with the homemade vanilla whipped cream.
