Do these things if you’re a high school, college, or even a professional baseball player ‼️

1. First and foremost, realize the opportunity you have in-front of you and take advantage of it! This game doesn’t last forever 🕰️ so while you’re still playing it and you want to continue to play it, focus each and every day on getting better. Sounds simple but requires effort!

2. Invest in yourself 📈 Invest in a trainer, find someone who knows more than you and your dad does, and use their knowledge to get better, there’s so many coaches out there so many online resources find was gonna fit your budget and utilize a trainer to help you level up your game.

3. Film your games 🎥 once you’ve done steps one and two you should be good enough to start filming and gathering highlights/bullpens/60 yard times/outfield throws/ in-fielding, etc. Gather film to send to coaches and scouts. Put it on YouTube and social media. 💻 Showcase your best stuff in the first 15 seconds because these coaches and scouts get a lot of video… also use apps like ScoutUsPro to be seen by scouts.

4. Don’t get distracted. 🙅🏻‍♂️ Constantly remind yourself of your goals and where you want to be in the future. Figure out what could potentially be holding you back. Have the right friends who are like-minded with the same goals who aren’t going to hold you back. If it happened to me, it can happen to you.

5. Nutrition, weight lifting and sleep. 🌯🏋️‍♂️😴This ties back into number two. If you have a trainer, they should be helping you with a lifting program that is tailored to your age and current level of play. Gain good weight look athletic college, coaches and scouts. Look at that they see you’re too small. They want you to gain muscle if they see you’re too fat they want you to lose weight. As for sleep, shoot for eight hours every night.
