It’s National Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Day! Did you know that all the ingredients for rhubarb pie can be found in parks? …Sort of. 

Canaigre, known more commonly as wild rhubarb, is located in several national park sites like @Archesnps and Colorado National Monument. Unrelated to cultivated rhubarb, canairge can be used in leather tanning, cooking, and as a tea.
