## Caption

This #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth we're sharing the importance of mental wellness for athletes (and everyone). Our players understand the mental fortitude it takes to compete at an elite level, and feel the emotional, physical, and mental toll that this kind of competition and practice takes on the body.

SFCFC is proud to recognize the work that local organizations like fightlikeaninja, helplinecenter, afspsouthdakota, resilienttoday, 988lifeline, and avera_health are doing to support our players, the Sioux Falls community, and a mentally healthy future.

If you or someone you know is struggling with mental or behavioral health, know that you are not alone. The world needs you. Start a conversation today. 💜
