Annabelle’s parents used to call her “Tönnchen,” the German word for cute and the smaller form of a barrel because she was a chubby child. Little did they know she would become a passionate and world class athlete! We’re lucky she chose Stanford because Annabelle has been rowing since she could walk! She even won a silver medal 🥈at Junior Worlds 2018 in the quad! #Tonnchen #Germany #gostanford #frosh2023 #NextStartsNow
