My current favorite protein company, @questnutrition asked me, “Why do I play basketball?” 

My why is made up of a few things that are important to me. First and foremost I play basketball to give Glory to God. He blessed with me with life skills, amazing people, and the opportunity to make a difference in the world. 

Basketball has taught me how to fight through adversity and help teach me principles that I apply in my everyday life. I hope to be a sign for any young girls out there that have dreams to play basketball and chase their dreams as well. I want to be a sign to the younger generation that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Last, but certainly not least I play for the relationships. Throughout all of my years in playing I have made some life long friendships with my teammates and coaches. Juggling school, sports, faith, family, friends, and nutrition can be crazy. However, I wouldn’t change a thing because it has helped me grow into the woman I am today. Basketball has allowed the opportunity to make life long friendships and make memories that will last forever. This game has opened doors for me and given me the opportunity to do what I love at a high level. This is my #onaqueststory
