## Caption

Shepard's reworked contract last offseason included an automatic void three days after Super Bowl LVII.

The Giants will carry a cap hit of $4.3M for him in 2023.

Shepard is now free to sign with any team, but not much of a market is expected as he's still recovering from a torn ACL.
