This is sooo good on so many levels.😂🥰😍It made my day…A post run conversation my biggest Boo Boo Ethan and his amazing girlfriend Anna, who I seriously LOVE.  I am so grateful for her and she  is so patient and kind. With all of us😂!!. She’s had to learn to assimilate to a very expressive and filterless family and she takes it in stride💗💗!!. Notice her face as I put her on the spot and ask her if there’s anything she wanted Ethan to work on that I could help with. Is that intrusive? Maybe a little bit??!! As their mama, I feel in (large) part responsible for what kind of partner they are.  And I think their partners know that if you love my boy well I am in your corner and will always set em straight if you need back up!  My boys know this too and they seem to appreciate it..at least most of the time!  The truth is I am really proud of both my boys—-how they seem understand how to treat a partner, are willing to grow and expand and compromise, but also hold their own boundaries.  I’ve watched them both in love and I’m super proud of them, as well as their choices in who they love too. I adore how intuitive Ethan is with Anna (and her with him), and how willing he is to take responsibility for things. He loves really well. So does she of course.  But the mama in me is super proud of the partner he is. You can see what I mean when  Ethan steps in (in part to save Anna 😂) with an example of something he could work on😍 and  then we have the teachable moment when I give them the talk about how important it is not to get complacent about things. The life of the sex and love therapist mama😂❤️! It’s a message that applies to all of us btw: to keep at least 30% of the effort going that was there in the beginning of the relationship!💗. And then, of course, the chaffing discussion at the end!  That’s my sweet baby in a nutshell, Intuitive, amazingly self aware, and completely unfiltered!  As I write this I ask myself and you, Sound like anyone else you know😂?
