## Caption

The next contender in my hiatustequila #FiveRounds series: the Batanga. I was told this is THE tequila drink of 2024 so let’s give it a shot. I’m no professional, but make sure you have a steak knife and Mexican Coca-Cola handy when making. Bonus points if you can throw in some party tricks.

Hiatus Batanga:

1.5 oz Hiatus Tequila Blanco or Hiatus Tequila Reposado
0.25 oz lime juice
2 pinch salt
Mexican Coca-Cola

Salt the rim of the glass, add lime juice to the glass, pour in Hiatus Tequila Blanco, add ice, top with Mexican Coca-Cola, and stir the cocktail with the steak knife used to cut the lime.
