Before the first summer of ucaupdates camps, Varsity Legend Kris Shepherd suggested that the entire UCA staff should get together (𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟮𝟬 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺) to practice their cheers, dances, partner stunts and pyramids to make sure they were their absolute best for the teams they would be teaching that summer. That became known as UCA “work week” - a training camp focused on instructor development, material review, working on new stunt/skill techniques and more! 👏

Today they are called 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 and are held for all varsityspirit camp brands around the country. This weekend marks the beginning of Staff Trainings for the 2024 Summer! 

We can’t wait to see you this summer at camp! 💙
