## Caption

Grant Kloeber (gkloby32) working on staying level when recovering to his feet as well as keeping the knees sealed on butterfly slides. I often see goalies “pop up” on butterfly slides especially in change of direction scenarios. Wanted to have a focus of keeping the lead leg/knee flush to the ice on both drills to ensure complete and proper seal from low to high.
