Approach To Curvi Acceleration

When approaching the front cone, the coach will call out “left” or “right”. Once the call is made it is the athletes job to turn that way and navigate 15 yards through the cones. 

This drill is focused on being able to efficiently make a read and accelerate in a serpentine pattern.
