Nothing says summer like a shrimp boil! 🍤 And when you shake on the ranch seasoning, it’s sure to be a party pleaser this Memorial Day!​

How to make it:​

🍤 Boil 4 quarts of water with lemon juice, hidden.valley ranch seasoning, oldbay_seasoning, and a quartered red onion, then bring the temp down to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes​

🍤 Add 1 lb of baby red potatoes and cook for 10 min​

🍤 Add 4 ears of corn, halved, and cook for 3 min​

🍤 Add 12 oz of Andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces, and cook for 4 min​

🍤 Add 1.25 lbs of shrimp and cook until curled and opaque, about 2 min​

🍤 Reserve ¾ c of the broth and drain the rest. Stir 3 tbsp butter into the broth and pour over the ingredients, tossing to mix. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay and ranch seasoning. Serve warm with lemon wedges and parsley.​
