Message from Olivia "Hello new friends!! My name is Olivia. A little bit about me I work full time during the day at PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Greeley as an admissions coordinator. I teach all levels of yoga. I was a kickboxing instructor at kickhouse. I love to teach yoga because I like to challenge myself as well as my students. My motto is if you don’t bend that way you don’t bend that way. Yoga is an art no matter level. I looks forward to meeting you all soon." 

Learn more about Kristine "Kristine is a 200 Hr RYT with a focus in gentle movement. She has been teaching yoga for 11 years. Six of those years to a group of veterans. Kristine is a veteran, mother and an outdoor enthusiast. She works at UNC in the Advancement team as their Director of Research."
