Last month, we supported the 2023 specialolympicsvictoria State Games in Melbourne.

Around 400 athletes participated in the two-day event, which saw them compete in a range of events from gymnastics to basketball. 

The weekend commenced with the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR), followed by the opening ceremony, which was officiated by our Chief Commissioner, and LETR patron, Shane Patton.

The LETR is a program supported by Victoria Police that promotes the inclusion and acceptance of people with intellectual disabilities, through fundraising and volunteering for the Special Olympics.
