Getting into the city this long weekend? Maybe you’re heading to the Big Freeze or keen to be one of the 10,000 people blowing a Kazoo at Fed Square on Saturday.

Whatever you’re doing, follow not just our advice, but the advice of Sergeant Sensible:
🚂 Consider using public transport (especially if you love trains as much as Sergeant Sensible and francis_bourgeois43 )
🚂 Don’t get behind the wheel if you’re having a drink
🚂 Lock all doors and windows if you’re leaving your car at the station
🚂 Keep your belongings where you can see them on the train
🚂 Speak to a PSO if you need assistance at any of the 220 train stations they patrol
🚂 Text STOPIT to 0499 455 455 to report anti-social or unwanted sexual behaviour online.
