It is also essential that everyone in the industry does what they can to tackle barriers that women from underrepresented backgrounds experience, whether that be while working in the industry or seeking to join it. Our Females in Motorsport and Driven By Us partnership will allow us to coordinate our efforts and collaborate to create a larger impact in this area.
