There is no party without a pasta salad! This farfalle Italian style salad is truly a delight. Beautiful flavors of sun dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, olives and capers makes this salad perfect for any summer day! Hit SAVE!

Recipe
6 serving

8 oz boiled pasta farfalle
1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes in oil chopped
8 oz fresh marinated mozzarella in oil
1 cup Kalamata olives
2 tbsp capers
2 oz dry salami cut to bite size

Dressing
.
1/4cup Olive oil or use the marinade from the mozzarella cheese.
1 Garlic cloves grated
1 tbsp Dry basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Boil pasta al dente and drain. Drizzle a splash olive and toss so the pasta doesn’t stick. 
In a jar combine all ingredients for the dressing. Shake well. 
In a large ball add pasta and the rest of the ingredients. Pour dressing over the pasta and toss to combine. Enjoy!
