Jane Fonda and friends led the first in-person #FireDrillFridays rally in almost three years at Freedom Plaza in Washington, D.C. 

The Fire Drill Fridays family, Greenpeace USA, climate justice movement allies, and a fabulous lineup of speakers came together in the heart of America’s halls of power to sound the alarm that we’re facing a #ClimateCrisis and politicians better start acting like it. 

During the rally, in-person and virtual attendees were encouraged to make their voices heard and demand a cleaner, greener, healthier world by texting “JANE” to 86799.

Featured speakers and guests included Activist and Youngest-ever White House Advisor, Jerome Foster II; Representative Raúl Grijalva from Arizona; Deputy Director of Organizing and Advocacy for Ironbound Community Corporation, Maria Lopez-Nuñez; Senator Jeff Merkley from Oregon; Organizing Director of Healthy Gulf and Founder/Director/CEO of The Vessel Project of Louisiana, Roishetta Ozane; Actress, Taylor Schilling, and a Grammy award-winning brass band.
