Aesthetics is a byproduct of hard work but it is NOT the goal. 

The GOAL is to build a symmetrical well balanced athlete with the longevity to withstand the demands of the game.

Every off-season kingdarion10 comes back to me with things he feels he needs to work on, we build a plan together and he trusts me to execute. 

That’s how we’ve built this relationship of trust over these last few years, I cannot stress enough about how important it is to build a plan and execute to the highest of your abilities.
