The holidays are over. Time to stop being a piece of s#!t haha. The first pick of 2022 for #NoahsBookClub will be Peak Mind by amishipjha. A book about mindfulness, something all of us could use starting the new year. This book was gifted to me by my Aunt Gigi over the holidays. The second I picked it up I couldn’t put it down. My mindfulness practices have dwindled over the last few years because let’s face it, meditation can be a bit boring and even difficult at times. Amishi does a great job highlighting the importance of being mindful which has been motivating me to stay consistent with a practice. So far this book is bad ass. Can’t wait for you guys to read it.
