🎄 For those spending Christmas alone: 👇🏽

You’re probably expecting this to be a sappy holiday video reflecting on how this year has made me a stronger person and in my own twisted way… It is. If you’re spending Christmas alone like I do year after year, just remember 3 things: 

1) It’s not about how much we give, but about how much love we put into what we give. We tend to get caught up on the material things that we overlook the simplicity of messaging someone a “Happy holidays, hope you’re doing well!” just to let them know you still care for them. 

2) This is the season of giving so give yourself a break. Every day we push ourselves to whatever it is that drives us but sometimes forget to take care of ourselves in the process. 

3rd… And most important… It’s going to be ok. Take a deep breath, keep your head up and smile… Laugh and take risks this upcoming year. Get outside your comfort zone for a little bit.
