HOMEMADE BUTTERMILK PANCAKES🥞

Staying at a cabin in New Hampshire and made buttermilk pancakes for 10 people. Our last breakfast of 2022🫶🏼

✨Ingredients:
•6 cups buttermilk
•6 cups all purpose flour 
•1 cup cane sugar
•2 tbsp vanilla extract 
•2 tsp kosher salt
•1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
•1 1/2 tbsp baking soda 
•Salted butter

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add into a larger bowl in thirds and mix with buttermilk using a whisk. It’s supposed to look clumpy and thick (don’t worry!) it’s better to mix by hand to avoid over mixing. Heat up a griddle or pan over medium high heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add 1/2 cup of batter at a time. Flip once it begins to bubble and serve with extra butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!!✨
