1- me with a dish that brings back so many childhood memories, bandeja paisa. I used to eat this with my grandpa growing up. This one is from one of my fave restaurants in the city, Hato Viejo. 

2- close up of THE bandeja paisa. featuring rice, beans, morcilla (blood sausage), chorizo, ground beef, avocado, chicharron (fried pork belly), arepa, sweet fried plantain, and a fried egg. and yes, I did finish THE WHOLE THING by myself.
