These easy 8-minute apple cider donuts are the best way to channel all the fall flavors this season! Using Krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix is the perfect hack for the fluffiest, most flavorful mini baked donuts. Aren’t they the cutest? #MakeKrusteaz 

✨Ingredients: 
•1 cup Krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix 
•⅔ cup apple cider
•⅛ tsp pumpkin spice 
•1 tbsp melted unsalted butter 
•½ cup cane sugar 
•½ tbsp ground cinnamon 

Preheat oven to 350° F. Whisk together one cup of Krusteaz Pancake Mix with apple cider and pumpkin spice in a bowl. Rest batter for 2 minutes. Then, add batter to a piping bag and cut a small hole using scissors. Pipe batter onto a small donut mold and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool down for 5 minutes. Next, make cinnamon sugar by combining sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl—brush mini donuts with unsalted butter and coat in cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
