Souq Waqif, is a traditional marketplace situated in Doha, Qatar with a market hundreds of years old that comes alive at night.⁣
A popular street food within Souq Waqif is the traditional Qatari or Arabic crepe, called Regag Bread. They’re made to order with a variety of condiments, the most popular being Nutella, of course, but we decided to go savory! Cheese is a very common filling, and a cheese and egg combo is commonly found across many stalls, as well as the option to accompany it with hot sauce and in our vendors case, CHIPS! ⁣
These night market snacks are an essential indulgence if you’re in town for the World Cup, or if you ever find yourself in Doha.⁣
