Turkish Coffee in Hot Sand☕️🇹🇷 #Qatar

Turkish Coffee prepared using the hot sand method — where sand is heated using an open flame. Finely ground coffee and water (or milk if making a latte) are added to a small metal pot, known as Cezve. The pot sits in the sand and is continuously stirred to brew the coffee, the deeper in the sand, the higher the temperature. 

After 3 minutes pass, the coffee is brought to a boil and is served without filtering! Making this a strong and delicious cup of coffee🤌🏼
