When students return to campus in August, everyone will look a little different ... because we're all going to be wearing masks. These faculty, staff, and Dominicans share why #FriarsProtectFriars.

"I wear a mask to keep my germs to myself. My hope is to keep the Friar family safe and informed. These uncertain times can cause a lot of confusion, so do not be afraid to stop and ask me for help!" — Lt. John Dunbar, Office of Public Safety (PC_OPS)

“I wear a mask so that we can celebrate commencement for the class of 2020 together!” — Dr. Marcy Zipke, Department of Elementary/Special Education

“I wear a mask so we aren't learning remotely by October.” — Dr. Michael Mathes, Department of Economics

“I wear a mask out of respect for the life that God has given to me and to my fellow human beings.” — Rev. Peter Batts, O.P., Department of Theology

“I wear a mask because I believe that if we all play our part, we will get through this!” — Dr. Cyrielle Faivre, Department of Modern Languages

“I wear a mask because loving your neighbor includes sacrificing for them.” — Rev. Peter Martyr Yungwirth, O.P., College chaplain (pccampmin)

“I wear a mask because I respect you and the people you love.” — Dr. Victoria Templer, Department of Psychology (pcpsych)

“Real Friars wear masks.” — President Rev. Kenneth R. Sicard, O.P. ’78 & '82G
