#NationalIceCreamDay is Sunday. Here’s a great way to celebrate, if you’re in Providence: check out Tricycles.ri, founded by David Cass ’04 and ice cream maker Giovanni Salvador. They started selling ice cream sandwiches at farmers markets from a tricycle cart in 2014. In June they opened a brick-and-mortar shop on Battey Street.
