The @focofondo Hitch A Ride program is as straightforward as it’s motto: For climate, community, and cost sharing. By re-thinking our travel to events, we can hit these three C’s and all be better for it in more ways than one. It’s time to register if you haven’t yet!

A huge shoutout to @chamoisbuttr and @visitftcollins for their financial support of this program! It wouldn’t be possible without these two, so give them a high five next time you see them (or a virtual one on the internet!). Thank you @kuatracks for supporting some of our scholarship riders with racks to carpool!

Riders who participate in the program in any of these three ways can grab a Hitch a Ride air freshener at registration and enter themselves to win one of 25 $100 gas cards from Chamois Butt’r, a @gozney pizza oven or @wahoofitnessofficial Roam. The drawing will take place on Sunday, July 23rd, at awards at 4:15pm at the main stage. You must be present to win the Gozney Pizza oven or Wahoo Roam. The gas cards can be mailed if you can’t be there.

The three ways to participate include: taking the airport shuttle or public transit instead of renting a car from the airport, carpooling with your friends, or riding to the start/finish instead of driving (we’ll even hold your bag while you ride!).
